Delivery policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains how orders placed through ruvv (operated by MYNZ LIMITED, a company incorporated in New Zealand) are delivered. Specific delivery estimates may appear at checkout or on the product page and control where they differ from this general overview.

Where we deliver

ruvv delivers worldwide, to any country. Pieces are typically dispatched from our sellers' workshops and our quality-control hub in South Korea and travel by an international tracked courier directly to your door. We may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers unless the courier confirms support at checkout.

Delivery charge

Delivery is a flat US$25 per order, regardless of how many pieces are in the order or where it is going. The charge is shown separately in your cart and at checkout, converted to your local currency along with the rest of your order, and includes insurance for the parcel while in transit and full tracking. The delivery charge does not include import duties or taxes (see below).

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared within the dispatch window shown on the listing or checkout. Many pieces are made to order and are usually dispatched within about 2 weeks; any different lead time should be stated on the product page. Transit time after dispatch depends on your destination and local customs clearance; an estimate may be shown at checkout.

Carriers & tracking

Orders are shipped with an international tracked courier suited to jewellery and small, high-value parcels. You will receive a tracking link or identifier once the shipment is handed to the carrier. Tracking updates depend on the carrier's systems and scans, including while the parcel is in customs in your country.

Import duties, taxes & customs

Prices and the delivery charge do not include import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance or brokerage fees. Orders are shipped on a delivered-at-place (DAP) basis: if your destination country charges any of these, they are the recipient's responsibilityand are usually collected by the courier or customs authority before or on delivery. Whether charges apply, and how much, depends on your country's rules and the value of the order; they are set by local authorities, not by ruvv.

Customs authorities may inspect parcels or request documentation on occasion. If a parcel is delayed or held in customs, contact ruvv support with your order number and we will help with any paperwork we can provide.

Packaging & high-value items

Jewellery is packed to reduce movement and conceal high-value contents where practical. Parcels are insured in transit; a signature may be required on delivery for higher-value orders. Consult your order confirmation or contact support for specifics on a given order.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, building reception, or the courier's local depot first. For damage in transit or lost parcels after confirmed handoff to the carrier, contact our support team promptly with your order reference—we will coordinate with the seller and carrier and resolve it in line with our Terms and any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

Contact

Delivery questions for a specific order are best handled through the support options on the ruvv website (including in-site chat) so we can reference your order details.
