FAQ

How can we help?

This FAQ repeats the same policies published on ruvv. It is for convenience only. If anything here conflicts with the full documents, the Terms & Conditions, Delivery policy, and Privacy Policy control. ruvv is operated by MYNZ LIMITED, a company incorporated in New Zealand. Nothing in our policies limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded.

The bullets on each product page use the same links as this FAQ: dispatch → Processing time; delivery → Where we deliver; returns → Returns & refunds; duties and taxes → Import duties & taxes. The number of business days on a product is that listing's dispatch window (see Processing time).

The marketplace

What is ruvv?

ruvv is an online marketplace that connects buyers around the world with independent sellers offering fine jewellery—14K and 18K gold, silver 925, lab-grown diamonds and cubic zirconia. Many pieces are made to order in South Korea by sellers such as SEMI Jewelry. We operate the platform, payment facilitation, and quality-control coordination through our subsidiary operations in Korea. Unless expressly stated on a product page, ruvv is not the manufacturer of listed items; sellers are responsible for their listings subject to our policies.

How do I browse the shop?

Browse jewellery in the shop. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, and you can switch currency at the top of the page or in the footer.

Prices, currency & payment

Which currency are prices in? Are taxes included?

Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where supported: USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, CAD, JPY, KRW, SGD, HKD, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK and AED. Visitors from other countries see prices in US dollars. You can switch currency at the top of the page or in the footer.

Delivery is a separate flat charge of US$25 per order, shown converted to your local currency in your cart and at checkout. Prices do not include import duties, VAT/GST or customs fees—if your country charges them, they are paid by the recipient on delivery (see Import duties & taxes).

How can I pay?

Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) are processed by Stripe in the currency shown at checkout. Your card issuer may apply its own conversion fees. We also accept USDT; digital-asset payments are quoted in USD on the instructions page and have separate terms disclosed there.

Can an order be cancelled?

We or the seller may refuse or cancel orders in limited cases (for example fraud checks, stock errors or an obvious pricing error). Any payment taken is refunded in full. Contact support as soon as possible if you need to cancel—once a made-to-order piece has entered production it can no longer be cancelled for change of mind, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you.

Delivery (as published)

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide, to any country. Pieces are dispatched from our sellers' workshops and quality-control hub in South Korea by an international tracked courier directly to your door.

How much is delivery?

A flat US$25 per order, regardless of how many pieces you buy or where it is going, shown converted to your local currency at checkout. It includes transit insurance and full tracking. It does not include import duties or taxes.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared within the dispatch window shown on the listing or checkout. Many pieces are made to order and are usually dispatched within about 2 weeks; any different lead time should be stated on the product page. Transit time after dispatch depends on your destination and local customs clearance.

Carriers & tracking

Orders are shipped with an international tracked courier suited to jewellery and small, high-value parcels. You will receive a tracking link once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Import duties & taxes

Prices and the delivery charge do not include import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance or brokerage fees. Orders are shipped on a delivered-at-place (DAP) basis: if your destination country charges any of these, they are the recipient's responsibilityand are usually collected by the courier or customs authority on delivery. Whether charges apply, and how much, depends on your country's rules.

If a parcel is delayed or held in customs, contact ruvv support with your order number and we will help with any paperwork we can provide.

Packaging & high-value items

Jewellery is packed to reduce movement and conceal high-value contents where practical. Parcels are insured in transit; a signature may be required on delivery for higher-value orders.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, building reception, or the courier's local depot first. For damage in transit or lost parcels after confirmed handoff to the carrier, contact our support team promptly with your order reference—we will coordinate with the seller and carrier and resolve it in line with our Terms and any consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.

Returns, refunds & jewellery-specific limitations

What if my item is faulty or not as described?

If an item is faulty, has a manufacturing flaw, was damaged in transit, or does not match its description, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund depending on the issue, and we cover the reasonable cost of returning it. Contact support with your order number and photos. This is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country of residence.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Many listings offer a 30-day change-of-mind return for unworn items in original condition and packaging. Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive pieces may be excluded where disclosed at purchase. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the buyer. Where the law of your country gives you a statutory right to cancel or return, that right applies regardless.

Custom, made-to-order, and personalised items

Products that are produced or customised to your specifications—including made-to-order, bespoke sizing, engraving, stone or design choices made for your order—are not eligible for exchange or return for change of mind, fit or style preference, or subjective dissatisfaction, to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you. For these items, returns, refunds or replacements are limited to cases where the product is defective, was damaged in transit, or is materially not as described.
