I bought this as a birthday present for my son who is 20, and he loves it so much that his mouth opens wide when he wears it. He said to always wear it without taking it off even for 24 hours, but he takes it off because it gets dirty on the ring. It seems really good. 😄 So I'm satisfied too. Just don't increase the size please. It's a bit small.
