1. Returns

We offer returns on most items purchased from ruvv.co.nz within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry is non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in production.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Change of Mind

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings or other items that come into direct contact with the skin unless they are faulty or damaged.
