1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how ruvv ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website and trading interface (the "Interface").

ruvv is a non-custodial interface. We do not ask for your seed phrase or private keys, and we do not hold your funds.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the Interface, we may process:

Wallet addresses you choose to connect, and public on-chain activity associated with those addresses;
Device and usage data such as browser type, approximate region, pages viewed, and referral URLs (via standard web logs or analytics tools);
Local preferences stored in your browser (for example language, layout, and UI settings);
Communications you send us (for example support or legal emails).

We do not intentionally collect government ID or traditional KYC documents through the Interface unless a future feature explicitly requires it and discloses that at the time.

3. How we use information

to operate, secure, and improve the Interface;
to diagnose errors and prevent abuse or fraud;
to understand aggregate usage (for example popular markets);
to comply with law where applicable;
to respond to your requests.

4. Blockchain data

Blockchain transactions are public by design. Wallet addresses, trades, liquidations, and related events may be visible on explorers and to third parties forever. We cannot delete on-chain data.

5. Cookies & local storage

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for session continuity, language, layout preferences, and analytics. You can clear or block these in your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if you do.

6. Third parties

The Interface relies on third parties such as Orderly Network, wallet connectors, RPC providers, hosting (for example Vercel), and analytics or error-monitoring tools. Those parties process data under their own policies. When you connect a wallet, the wallet provider's privacy terms also apply.

7. Sharing

We may share information:

with service providers who help us run the Interface;
when required by law, regulation, or legal process;
to protect rights, safety, and security;
in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Local device data remains until you clear it.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we control. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You are responsible for securing your own wallet and devices.

10. International users

The Interface may be accessed globally. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. If you access the Interface from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and contrary to our Terms.

11. Children

The Interface is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Your choices

disconnect your wallet at any time;
clear cookies and local storage;
contact us to request access to or deletion of information we hold about you offline (we cannot erase public blockchain data).

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.
