SEMI Jewellery meticulously produces and processes all stages by hand.There may be slight differences between products, and minor surface variations or scratches can occur during the production process. Please note that these are not defects.
Shipping to the entire country is cash on delivery (KRW 3,000 per order, KRW 5,000 for Jeju Island)Products will be shipped via CJ Logistics (1588-1255).

In case of shipping address errors or misspellings, responsibility lies with the customer.Due to delivery conditions, there may be delays. We appreciate your understanding, especially for customers in Jeju and remote island areas.
You can cancel or change your order if you contact our customer center before 3 PM on the day of your order.

Custom-made items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Once ordered, the product will be individually crafted according to your selected options, making exchanges or returns due to simple change of mind difficult after purchase.
-Custom rings, initial products, engraved products, gemstone setting products, and 18k white gold products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. In the case of such items, if both parties mutually determine that wearing is impossible, a 30% handling fee of the item's price will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Returned items will not be resold and will undergo high-value processing.
By not carefully reading the above content, you waive our responsibility for any losses incurred. Upon order completion, it is assumed that you have familiarized yourself with the aforementioned terms.
Returns and exchanges may not be possible.
· Color differences due to monitor resolution are not grounds for exchange or return. · Due to the characteristics of precious metal crafting, there may be variations in weight and size even for designed items.
· Gifts or packaging case images may not be used as reasons for exchanges or returns.Cancellations and changes are not allowed from the start of custom order production. · For exchanges or returns due to simple changes of mind or errors, the round-trip shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
